How to identify the correct quartz sleeve?
Note the brand, the exact model, the wattage and, when necessary, the year or generation of your UV-C device. Then compare the part number with the one in the manual or the exploded view. Two devices with the same wattage may use different quartz sleeves: the power in watts is not enough to confirm compatibility.
Clean or replace the quartz?
A deposit on the quartz can limit the passage of UV-C rays. For maintenance, follow the manual and use a compatible product. A cracked or broken sleeve must be replaced; also check the seals according to the manufacturer's instructions. Switch off the power supply before any intervention and never operate a UV-C lamp outside of its protective housing.
