This selection brings together the equipment needed to prepare a pond for autumn and winter: pond vacuums, skimmers, safety netting, landing nets, floating thermometers and anti-freeze systems. It accompanied the autumn party held at the Aquiflor store in Nodebais.
How to equip yourself?
- Leaves on the surface: an Aquanet net stretched over the water and a skimmer, floating (SwimSkim) or on a stand (AquaSkim), depending on the surface area.
- Silt at the bottom: an Oase Pondovac pond vacuum or the Pontec PondoMatic for small ponds.
- Wilted plants: the 190 cm landing net allows you to remove them from the bank.
- Freezing: IceFree Thermo 330, IceFree 4 Seasons or the Pontec PondoPolar cover.
Aquiflor's advice
Monitor the temperature with the floating thermometer: below 10°C, switch to autumn food, and stop feeding below 6°C. For the maintenance or repair of your Oase equipment, the official Oase and Secoh repair workshop is located in Nodebais. Our team also advises you by phone at 010 86 03 54.
