How to find the right part?
- Check the exact model on the device label: PondoPress 10000/15000, Pondclear 4000, PondoMax or PondoMax Eco.
- For PondoMax Eco pumps, the shock absorbers and filter bags differ depending on the size (1500/2500, 3500/5000, 8000/11000).
- For a UV-C bulb, check the power (7, 9 or 11 W) and the PL-L or PL-S base.
- Replace a filter foam when it becomes compressed or torn.
Aquiflor's advice
Rinse the filter foam in the pond water rather than under tap water to preserve beneficial bacteria. A UV-C bulb is generally replaced every season. Can't find a specific part?
